The story of an obsession
20+ years of automotive passion, visible in every delivery.
Mehmet Demir started in 2008 with a small showroom on Nicosia. He grew up around his father's engine-repair workshop in 1980s Nicosia, learning to love cars between pistons and service books. The first car he brought in from Europe was an inspection-checked BMW M3 — sold in its first week.
Today the 1,200 m² showroom hosts 40+ cars, but the philosophy hasn't shifted: every car gets an independent inspection, every delivery is backed by written commitments. "If I wouldn't buy it for my own mother, I won't offer it to a customer," Mehmet says.
Years and countless stories later, Nicosia Motors has become Cyprus' reference point for premium pre-owned — still on the same street, still with the same discipline.

To set the reference standard for premium cars on the island: making inspection, warranty and transparency the industry norm — a market where the gallery, not the buyer, carries the burden of proof.
Values
Transparency first. We put promises in writing, and what's written gets delivered on handover day. Inspection reports are never hidden, prices are never inflated by negotiation theatre — that's why 62% of our customers come via referrals.

Founded
We started on Nicosia with a small 8-car showroom. Three cars were sold in the first month — all delivered with an inspection report.
- 2010
First 100 cars delivered
In our second year we handed over our 100th car. 48% of those buyers came back the same year for a second car.
100+ - 2014
New showroom
We moved into our current 1,200 m² showroom. A 40-car indoor display, an independent inspection bay and a customer lounge came online.
1,200 m² - 2017
Warranty programme launched
We made showroom-standard written handover terms a default for every delivery — among the first premium galleries in Cyprus to formalise that discipline.
30 days - 2019
Digital transformation
Stock management, inspection reports and customer follow-up were unified onto a single digital platform. Our European sourcing network went live.

A seven-country sourcing partnership across Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Denmark and France. Our concierge line went live.

Our listed price is a net price including prep. No haggling theatre — terms are finalised in the sales contract.
