Sales Manager
First point of customer contact. Works actively with Cyprus banks and insurance brokers; shapes financing and trade-in offers personally.

Head of Inspection
Owns independent workshop coordination and signs off every technical check report. Spent 8 years in a Mercedes-Benz authorised service in Germany.

Customer Relations
Runs post-delivery 30/90/365-day follow-ups, warranty cases and the referral program. Lead for the Turkish and English support line.

Concierge Specialist
Manages sourcing for cars not in our stock from supplier networks in Germany, the UK and the Netherlands — including pre-inspection and transport to Cyprus.
