Verilerinizi aşağıdaki hukuki sebeplerle işliyoruz:

• Sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası: Test sürüşü, satış, takas, servis taleplerinizi yerine getirebilmek için (KVKK m.5/2-c, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Meşru menfaat: Site güvenliği, sahtekarlık önleme, denetim kaydı (KVKK m.5/2-f, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Açık rıza: Pazarlama e-postaları, WhatsApp bildirimleri ve analitik çerezler (KVKK m.5/1, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Hukuki yükümlülük: Vergi mevzuatı (faturalar ve satış kayıtları).

We process your data under the following lawful bases:

• Contract: To fulfil your test-drive, sale, trade-in or service request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Legitimate interest: Site security, fraud prevention, audit log (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Consent: Marketing emails, WhatsApp notifications and analytics cookies (KVKK Art. 5/1, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Legal obligation: Tax law (invoices and sales records).

Verilerinizi yalnızca sitenin çalışması için gerekli olan, sözleşmeyle bağlı, KVKK/GDPR uyumlu işleyicilerle paylaşıyoruz. Hiçbir veriyi reklam ağlarıyla paylaşmıyoruz.

We share data only with contracted, KVKK/GDPR-compliant processors necessary to run the site. We do not share any data with ad networks.

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR Art. 15–22 kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz. Her bir hakkı ücretsiz olarak ve 30 gün içinde cevapla kullanabilirsiniz:

• Erişim: Hakkınızda tuttuğumuz verinin kopyasını isteme. Veri dışa aktarımı talep et.
• Düzeltme: Hatalı / eksik veriyi düzelttirme.
• Silme: "Unutulma hakkı" — vergi yükümlülüğümüzü aşmayan tüm veriler silinir. Silme talebinde bulun.
• Taşınabilirlik: Verinizi yapılandırılmış formatta (JSON) almak.
• İtiraz: Meşru menfaate dayalı işlemeye itiraz etmek.
• Rızanın geri alınması: Pazarlama e-postalarında "abonelikten çık" bağlantısı veya kvkk@nicosiamotors.cy.

Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 15–22 you have the rights below. You may exercise each right free of charge with a response within 30 days:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you. Request data export.
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: "Right to be forgotten" — all data is deleted except what we must keep for tax law. Submit a deletion request.
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured format (JSON).
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent: "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or privacy@nicosiamotors.cy.

TLS 1.3 ile şifrelenmiş trafik, veritabanı şifreleme (MySQL TDE), iki faktörlü yönetici girişi, Turnstile bot koruması, IP/telefon başına hız limiti, otomatik sızıntı tarama ve düzenli yedekleme. Erişim logları 24 ay tutulur.

TLS 1.3 encrypted traffic, database encryption (MySQL TDE), 2FA admin login, Turnstile bot protection, per-IP/phone rate limiting, automated leak scanning and regular backups. Access logs are retained for 24 months.

If our response does not satisfy you, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the TRNC Personal Data Protection Authority: www.kvkk.gov.ct.tr. EU residents may also contact their local data protection authority.
